Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of wine and services from Calvert Vineyard. By placing an order or joining the Calvert Wine Club you agree to the terms set out on this page.

1. Age verification

You must be 18 years or older to purchase wine from Calvert Vineyard. We may require proof of age on delivery.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in NZD and inclusive of GST. Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment. Stock levels are limited and allocations are confirmed at the time of dispatch.

3. Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand. Rural delivery may incur additional charges. International orders are fulfilled via Wine Collective.

4. Calvert Wine Club

Membership is ongoing and may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Club allocations ship twice a year, in spring and autumn.

5. Privacy

Your details are stored securely and never shared with third parties. We use your email and phone only to communicate about your order or membership unless you have opted in to receive marketing communications.
