Your chef, our setting. A single long table among the vines, on the lawn, or under the trees. Calvert wines flow.
12–40 guests · half-day
Fortieth, sixtieth, golden anniversary, family reunion — the kind of celebration that warrants a real place. Open ground, no caps.
30–80 typical · scalable
Vineyard rows, schist outcrops, the Pisa Range, a stone-and-timber cottage interior. Day rates available — we stay out of the way.
Half-day or full-day
Yoga in the vines, silent mornings, breath-work overlooking the range. Multi-day with the cottage works beautifully.
8–20 people · multi-day
Distributor dinners, masterclasses, vintner gatherings, supplier visits. Calvert wines at trade pricing; tasting flights on request.

We're not an events company. We're a working vineyard that opens up the land for the events that matter. Here's what that looks like in practice.
All capacities are guides — Calvert has no permanent furniture, so layouts are limited only by the marquee/setup you bring.

No — Calvert is bring-your-own. We have reliable Starlink wifi across the property and the cottage. Most corporate groups bring a portable TV/projector for working sessions. We're happy to recommend AV-hire partners in Cromwell who can deliver and set up.
Day-hire from [TODO Owen — confirm pricing band], with multi-day plus cottage stays quoted on enquiry. Every event is bespoke — once we know the rough shape (event type, count, dates, overnight or not), Owen sends a tailored quote within 48 hours. We don't sell packages.
Bring whichever caterer you like. Most Central Otago caterers already know the property — ask us for current recommendations. We can supply our own range at trade pricing for events; corkage applies to wines outside the Calvert range.
Central Otago is dry but the wind can shift. Most events that depend on outdoor space bring a marquee, which doubles as wet-weather cover. The cottage has indoor space for smaller groups (up to ~6 seated). We talk through wet-weather options at the site visit.
Off-street parking on the property — comfortably 30+ vehicles. There's no public transport in Bannockburn. For larger events we recommend organising a shuttle from Cromwell (5 min away) so guests can enjoy the wine.
Bannockburn is rural and quiet. Amplified music winds down at 11pm out of respect for our small handful of close neighbours. Acoustic later is fine. Daytime events have no restrictions.
